Walking Track with Spiritual Music
“ARVINDASHRAM” is going to be covered with Boundary wall and adjacent to wall we are constructing Walking track with Sound systems to have light spiritual music in the morning & Evening for creating spiritual environment for Walkers.

Outside of Building construction area of “ARVINDASHRAM” we have Garden with variety of plants & lawn for walking. A large nos. of Trees are exhaling a huge quantum of Oxygen to keep the surrounding Clean & Healthy.
In the Garden we are going to have numerous beautiful flower plants –Bonsai etc. which will help in making the premises very attractive and beautiful.
Swivels-Zula
“ARVINDASHRAM” campus is going to have atleast 12-15 nos. of Swivels 2 seater & 3 seater for the funride of the residents. The Swivels will help in increasing the Joy of all residents. All the Zuals are going to be covered with hood to have access during rain & sunlight also.
Lift-Elevator
“ARVINDASHRAM” is Equipped with OTIS make Lift-Elevator for easy access of Residents to all floors & terrace – We have a beauty that we can have nice scenic of SUNRISE & SUNSET from the Terrace of “ARVINDASHRAM”.
Elevator is having capacity to manage 13 people & upto 800 Kgs weight and size is suitable to carry stretcher for the weak & sick to/fro rooms.
Elevator is having very special arrangement that by any means Power failure or any other issue then the Car will safely drop at nearby floor –so no need to worry for such problems. Apart from this the entire premises is connected with DG set to provide continuous power supply.
Smoke free Kitchen with Induction
“ARVINDASHRAM” is having All Stainless steel concept and complete Modular Kitchen that each table is mobile and adjustable manufactured from SS 304 Grade steel and 100% washable configuration. We also have Electrical Induction Arrangement by virtue of which we have Smoke Free environment. And the kitchen is Pollution free. Kitchen Store is also of 100% Stainless steel Racks & Working table. It is also equipped with Bottle Cooler & Deep Freezer.
“ARVINDASHRAM” Kitchen is having all modern Kitchen machineries i.e. Dough Kneader, Vegetable cutter, Wet Grinder, Heavy duty Mixer, Pulveriser, Bhaji Cutter,
Potato Peeler etc. Apart from this Utensil strong Table for all type of plates, bowls, dishes, glasses, cups and all accessories Including spoons.
Dining Hall
“ARVINDASHRAM” dining hall is a state of the art design with Seating capacity of 48 Residents at a time. Having Good Quality Stainless steel tables & Chairs. Apart from this the Dining hall is having Banmary for keeping nearly 6 food items in hot condition. Dining Hall is also having Television set.
Power Back up with Diesel Generator Set
“ARVINDASHRAM” is Equipped with 180kVA 3 Phase DG set with AMF Logic Control Panel to provide continuous power supply to the entire building & premises. And the same is having AUTOCHANGE OVER provision in case of power failure.
Servo stabilizer for Electrical Protection
“ARVINDASHRAM” is Equipped with AES Automatic Digital Micro Processor based Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer, Oil cooled, with Indoor Enclosure with bottom cable entry with TP-MCCB at Input with shunt trip coil for Tripping at Various Fault Condition. Offered stabilizer is suitable for unbalanced input voltage and unbalanced load. Protections offered are Over Voltage, Under voltage, Over load and single Phasing Preventor. Offered unit has LCD display with back light for displaying input/output voltages and load current along with fault/trip messages.

Drinking water –RO plant with Cooler
“ARVINDASHRAM” is having Drinking water facility using RO plant connected with water cooler having capacity of 100 Litres/hour. The drinking water is maintained with 250 ppm TDS level for good health of residents.
100% Soft water for utility using Softener
“ARVINDASHRAM” is having 100% soft water supply in all rooms and Bathrooms as total water is softened using Combination of Hydrocyclone, Sand filter & Mixed bed resin softener. As source raw water quality is very good softening is also effective.
The entire Premises is surrounded by canal water used in Agricultural usage, hence the borewell water is of utmost Good quality. The Top of the elevator cabin is having water tank with holding capacity of 20000 Litres of water. Dedicated borewell with water reservoir producing 2.5” line size water continuously for last 3 years and the water quality is really very good.
Solor Power plant
“ARVINDASHRAM” Terrace is installed with 40KW solar power plant py setting up 120 SOLAR panels for power generation. The panels are mounted in such a way that ZERO power loss in power production. In that way “ARVINDASHRAM” is having zero carbon emission and Very high carbon credit possibilities. “ARVINDASHRAM” is having commercial laundry room which can provide clothing & other apparels washing facility with properly managed arrangement so that all residents can get clothes properly washed and can provide hygienic bedsheets-pillow covers, Bath & Hand towels on regular basis.

“ARVINDASHRAM” is completely monitored using 24 nos. CCTV surveillance system so that all passages and corners are completely monitored for all safety purpose and reasons. Manager cabin and lobby is also fully covered with CCTV & microphone.
Open Air Theatre
“ARVINDASHRAM” is going to have its own open air theatre very soon. This facility can furnish enjoyment under direct sky-roof -The theatre may have seating capacity of nearly 70-80 residents. This can be a one of the unique funfiesta in such kind of Old age home.

“ARVINDASHRAM” is having most important facility for the medical aid very close to Manager Office and having easy access near the entry area of the building.
The Medical room is having Examination bed and fowler bed for the needy. We also have walker, Wheel chair etc. supporting accessories. Medical room store is having separate refrigerator for storage of medicines and also keeping all first aid facility.
Medical room is going to be equipped with Ventilator & Oxygen facility under experienced medical practitioners.
The residence will be regularly getting facility of Medical check up within the campus. The attendant is having an access to medical store and practiced arrangement of door delivery of Medicines inside the campus.
